Modern 2 room apartment with 1 bedroom and living room in the very center of Kyiv, in 1 min from Besarabska Square, at 3 Basseina street.
The apartment is fully new furnished and equipped. Accommodation for 1 - 4 persons is possible (maximum 2+2, one couple at double bed in the bedroom and second couple - at folding sofa at living room) Kitchen, shower cubicle, cable TV, 2 plasma TV, Wi Fi internet for free, 2 AC, microwave, fridge, stove, kettle, iron, water heater, all ware: pans, pots, plates, knives, spoons, cups, etc.
The apartment is situated in few steps from Kreshchatik, Besarabka, Arena Entertainment. There are lots of restaurants, pubs, night clubs in a few mins walk. Also, you can find central food market and 2 supermarkets nearby. Cleaning at check-in and check out and also cleaning once a week for stays 7days and more is included. you can order extra cleaning any day for extrapayment if needed. Fresh towels and linen are provided. There is a parking place is near the building and secure parking of Arena City on the opposite side of the street (extra pay). There are many bars, cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby. Some clubs at Arena City (opposite side of the street). There is big market at Bessarabska Sq.

Near to the apartment is located the legendary Bessarabsky market and supermarket "BILLA", there is "Arena City" with shopping centre "Mandarin Plaza" in which delicacy-market "Le Silpo" has opened, and new shopping centre "Gulliver" with set of shops, cafe, a cinema, entertainment and business centers, 3 min walk to main Khreshchatyk street and 5 min walk from subway station.
