Normalbelegung  6 Personen - Kinderbett und Hochstuhl vorhanden. In allen Wohnräumen wurde im Mai 2017 ein Eichenparket verlegt und alle Räume wurden neu gestrichen. 2 Badezimmer (1 Bad/WC und Dusche/WC neu  im Herbst 2020 eingebaut).

Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Kabel-TV und Radio - gratis WLAN/ Wifi in der ganzen Wohnung - Ausgang zum Balkon.

2 Schlafzimmer mit je zwei Betten (Betten 2 x 0,90 m, 1 x 1,40 m, 1 x 0,90 m - beide Schlafzimmer mit Ausgang ebenfalls auf den Balkon), 1 Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett (1,60 m). Kinderbett und Hochstuhl steht gratis zur Verfügung.  2 Badezimmer (Bad/WC und Dusche/WC) 

Grosse Wohnküche mit Esstisch für 6 Personen mit Geschirrspühler, Kochherd mit 4 Platten und Backofen, Mikrowelle. Bad/WC,

Grosser Balkon 21 qm, Balkonmöbel, Loggia. Schöne Sicht auf die Berge.

Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine und Tumbler stehen gratis zur Verfügung
