Cozy and beautiful wooden house with wellness facilities, quietly located on a wooded natural plot near the beautiful, child-friendly Balka beach.
This beautiful vacation home is characterized by its beautiful blue color. As soon as you enter the house, you can feel at home. The interior is open all the way to the gable and together with the wooden floors, walls and ceilings create a cozy and bright atmosphere. The living room is the natural center of the house and the place where you can relax in the evening in front of the flat-screen TV (you can use Chromecast for streaming). Here you can also find a fireplace stove, which creates a cozy atmosphere and where you can warm yourself in cool seasons. A highlight of the house is the great bathroom, which is equipped with underfloor heating, washing machine and especially spa and sauna for wonderful vacation wellness.
The house has two beautiful terraces. Enjoy the morning sun on one and have breakfast and the first cup of coffee of the day here. The other is partially covered and equipped with a barbecue, so you can spend cozy barbecue evenings here. You can sit here nicely and sunbathe or read a good book while the children play on the lawn.
You live only 400 meters from the beautiful and child-friendly Balka beach, where you can spend hours swimming, sunbathing and playing in the sand. You will also stay close to a really nice summer café. Charming Snogebæk offers good restaurants, small candy stores etc. You can also drive along the coast south to Dueodde with its lighthouse and popular swimming beach or north to Nexø with its beautiful church and combined butterfly park.
