Die Wohnung ist eine Dachwohnung mit Balkon Richtung Süden und Blick ins Skigebiet. Sie hat einen länglichen Grundriss mit einem geräumigen Doppelschlafzimmer gegen Norden. Nach Süden liegt ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Chemineé, Polstergruppe und Esstisch und offener Küche . Von diesem Wohnzimmer führt eine eher steile Treppe nach oben in die Galerie wo zwei weitere Schlafplätze zu finden sind.
Die nächste Transportanlage mit Verbindung zum Skigebiet ist die Sesselbahn Platz, zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Das Zentrum mit Post und VOLG Supermarkt ist zu Fuss in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Im Winter fährt ab Weinachten bis Ostern täglich alle 30 Minuten der Gratis-Sport Bus die Strecke Südelhöhe – Rothorn, damit sind alle Talstationen und auch das Zentrum Sörenberg bestens erschlossen, die Haltestelle ist vor dem Haus.
Vorhandene Einrichtung:
TV, Radio und WLAN UPC, 4 Platten Keramik Herd, Microwelle, Backofen, Abwaschmaschine, Filter Kaffeemaschine, Fondue und Raclette Geschirr, Waschmaschine/Tumbler für die Benutzung mit Münzautomaten im Keller. In der Tiefgarage steht ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Auch ein Ski Raum für Ski und Schuhe ist vorhanden.
