Bedrooms and bathrooms are located on both levels for versatile sleeping arrangements. On the ground floor double bedroom includes an en suite bathroom and others two twin bedrooms share access to a full bathroom. Go upstairs to find another double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, and two full bathrooms.



All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night. WiFi is included.



Additionally, the upper-level also has a lounge with a television, a dining table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen. while the shared terrace offers intoxicating views of majestic mountains.



A car is not necessary due to its wonderful location and proximity to Puerto Pollensa, though there is private parking and also on the street available, in case it is decided to rent it to discover the beautiful and picturesque places around the Villa.



The unique location, just a ten minutes walk to Puerto Pollensa, makes this villa an ideal choice for travelers who don´t want to drive during their stay. From the Villa you can walk to the beach (3 min) and in the evening participate at the numerous activities in town or visit the idyllic restaurants by the sea and local bars the village offers.

Villa Llenaire Gran is a child friendly Villa as a fence around the pool can be installed. The extra charge for the fence on request is €59. This covers the cost of installing and removing the fence.
