Es steht frei auf einem 1.500 m2 großen Grundstück und bietet Ihnen alle Privatsphäre, die Sie während Ihrer Ferien genießen möchten. Vor dem Haus und seiner sonnigen Terrasse ist der 4 x 8 m grosse Pool und 4 komfortable Sonnenliegen erwarten Sie. Von dort aus können Sie den Blick auf die umliegende Landschaft genießen. Auf der Terrasse finden Sie einen Esstisch mit vier Stühlen. Neben dem Haus steht ein großer Grill für Sie parat. Beim Eintritt in dieses vollklimatisierte Ferienhaus kommen Sie in das kombinierte Wohn-Esszimmer und die Küche. Die Küche verfügt über alle Geräte die Sie benötigen: Elektroherd, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Auch finden Sie alle anderen kleinen Utensilien, die man gerne zum Kochen benutzt. Das Haus hat zwei Doppel-Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten. Es gibt ein voll ausgestattetes Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Duschkabine und WC und ausserdem eine Gäste Toilette.
