Colwin's Place two-bedroom and one-bathroom condo is equipped with a full kitchen with modern appliances, a living room, a dining room, an office, and free Wi-Fi. This condo is a home away from home nestled in a beautiful garden setting with a superb gazebo with comfortable outdoor furniture that seats eight (8) guests for an informal lunch or dinner or just to meet and greet and a lovely lanai that may seat up to twenty (20) guests for an informal lunch or dinner or just to meet and greet. 

With the cool unpolluted Atlantic Ocean breeze flowing through the large living room and dining room windows with the elegant Home Decorators Collection window blinds open and the efficient high-velocity circulation of cool Atlantic Ocean breeze by the Hunter ceiling fans, Colwin's Place condo # 5 has, at most times, constant cool Atlantic Ocean breeze flowing through the condo all year round keeping the condo very cool, especially during the summer months.

Colwin's Place Condo # 5 has a queen bed that sleeps two (2) adult guests or one (1) adult guest and two (2) children guests, and a crib that sleeps a baby guest one-year-old or less (Guests must request in advance the use of the baby crib, high chair, baby changing mat, and baby bath tub as these items are not in the condo, but on the property. Guests must pay upon check-in a cash damage deposit of US$100.00 to use each baby item). If there are extra guests, the nightly rate for each extra guest is US$15.00 and the bunk bed sleeps up to five (5) extra guests and the living room sectional sleeper sleeps two (2) extra guests. The maximum number of guests, including a baby one-year-old or less, that Condo # 5 sleeps is ten (10). Pictures of the increased sleeping arrangements and condo decorations are in the photo section of the condo listing. 

At the time of booking Condo # 5, all guests must input the exact number of guests who will occupy the condo. The host has the right to turn away the unregistered extra guests as only the exact number of registered guests in the booking will be accepted to stay in condo # 5. Hosts may allow guests to contact Atraveo.com or hometogo.com to change the reservation to reflect the exact number of registered guests and guests must pay the extra guest fee of US$15.00 per guest per night. Lastly, the host reserves the right to report the unregistered guests to Atraveo.com or hometogo.com and the host may ask Atraveo.com or hometogo.com to cancel the reservation and issue no refund to the guests as this action violates the host House Rules regarding unregistered guests. 

Colwin's Place endeavors to protect the natural environment by employing the use of LED light bulbs for guests' benefit, large reusable dispensing bottles to dispense body wash, shampoo/conditioner, and lotion, and guests' free use of bicycles (bicycle use does not pollute the environment). Additionally, Colwin's Place has a PUR Plus water filter installed onto the kitchen faucet so guests may enjoy, (free of charge) clean, crisp, and tasty filtered water to reduce guests' use and reliance on bottled water as plastic bottles are not good for the environment. Often Colwin's Place will employ other environmentally friendly practices to reduce Colwin's Place and its guests' carbon footprint on the natural environment and to save and protect it.

GUESTS DO NOT PAY EXORBITANT NIGHTLY RATES TO STAY IN CONDOS ON THE BEACH. BOOK COLWIN'S PLACE CONDO # 5 NOW AND YOU WILL ENJOY RELATIVELY LOWER NIGHTLY RATES, (LESS THAN ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS PER NIGHT) AND YOU MAY USE COLWIN'S PLACE BICYCLES FOR A FEW MINUTES BICYCLE RIDE TO THE BEACHES WITH FREE-TO-USE BEACH UMBRELLAS AND BEACH TOWELS.

WHILST THE QUILT/BLANKET/COMFORTER IS TO KEEP GUESTS WARM DURING COLD NIGHTS, GUESTS MUST NEVER LAY ON THE QUILT/BLANKET/COMFORTER BECAUSE IT IS DIFFICULT TO GET STAINS AND DIRT FROM THE WHITE FABRIC.

The Condo is equipped with a full kitchen, living & dining rooms, an office, and free Wi-Fi & located less than 15-minute bicycle ride from Cockburn Town Beach, attractions & restaurants. Sleeping arrangements include queen bed that sleeps up to three guests and a crib that sleeps a baby one year old or less. Colwin's Place welcome extra guests and up to five (5) extra guests may sleep in the bunk bed with trundle (bunk bed has two full beds and one twin bed) and the living room sectional sleeper sleeps up to 2 extra adult guests or up to 3 children guests, depending on their size; the nightly rate for each extra guest is US$15.00. Smoking is ONLY allowed outdoors under the LANAI; no smoking is allowed under the GAZEBO or in the CONDO. The GAZEBO is for all guests to enjoy, especially families, couples, and guests who do not smoke and prefer a smoke-free environment.

GUESTS MUST KEEP THE NOISE LEVEL LOW AS SHOUTING, TALKING LOUDLY, AND PLAYING LOUD MUSIC MAY DISTURB, NOT ONLY OTHER GUESTS BUT ALSO THE NEIGHBORS WHO MAY REPORT THE LOUD NOISE TO AIR BNB AND POSSIBLY CALL THE LOCAL POLICE.

GUESTS MUST NOT DRAG OR MOVE THE FURNITURE (BEDROOM FURNITURE, LIVING ROOM FURNITURE) AS THIS COULD DAMAGE THE FURNITURE AND MAKE LOUD NOISE. GUESTS MUST NOT DRAG THE DINING ROOM CHAIRS, BUT GUESTS MUST LIFT THE DINING ROOM CHAIRS AS DRAGGING THE CHAIRS MAY DAMAGE THEM, AND THE NOISE FROM DRAGGING THE CHAIRS MAY DISTURB THE GUESTS IN THE OTHER CONDO IN THE SAME BUILDING. 

NO LOCAL SEAFOOD IS ALLOWED IN COLWIN'S PLACE REFRIGERATOR OR FREEZER AND NO STRONG FOOD SEASONING MUST BE USED IN COLWIN'S PLACE CONDO AS THEY BOTH LEAVE A STINKY, FOUL ODOUR THAT IS DIFFICULT TO ERADICATE FROM THE CONDO AND THE REFRIGERATOR.

GUESTS MUST NOT ENGAGE IN SELLING FOOD, HAIR STYLING FOR A FEE, AND SIMILAR COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES OUT OF OUR TWO CONDOS. 

GUESTS MUST CLEAN THE BBQ GRILL AFTER USE OR PAY A BBQ GRILL CLEANING FEE OF US$75.00.

GUESTS MUST NOT EAT FOOD IN THE BEDROOM BUT IN THE DINING AREA.

COLWIN'S PLACE ALLOWS GUESTS TO CHECK IN EARLY FOR A FEE FOR UP TO FIVE (5) HOURS BEFORE THE REGULAR CHECK-IN HOUR OF 3:00 P.M. AND CHECK OUT LATE FOR A FEE FOR UP TO FIVE (5) HOURS AFTER THE REGULAR CHECKOUT TIME OF 11:00 A.M., PROVIDED NO GUESTS ARE CHECKING IN OR CHECKING OUT THAT SAME DAY. THE LATE CHECKOUT FEE IS US$100.00 AND THE EARLY CHECK-IN FEE IS $100.00.

GUESTS ARE ALLOWED TO WASH ONLY ONE (1) DAY UP TO THREE (3) LOADS FOR UP TO A SEVEN (7) DAY STAY AND WASH ONLY TWO (2) DAYS AND UP TO THREE (3) LOADS ON EACH OF TWO DAYS DURING AN EIGHT (8) DAY OR MORE STAY. MID-TERM GUESTS MUST WASH ONLY ONE (1) DAY DURING EACH WEEK OR SEVEN DAYS AND UP TO THREE (3) LOADS ON WASH DAY.

GUEST MUST TURN OFF ALL AIR CONDITIONER(S), AND ALL TELEVISIONS, TURN OFF ALL APPLIANCES (NOT REFRIGERATOR OR WATER HEATER), INCLUDING STOVE, TURN OFF ALL KITCHEN AND BATH FAUCETS, AND CLOSE ALL KITCHEN DRAINS, BATH TUB, AND VANITY/FACE BASIN DRAINS WHEN NOT IN USE AND WHEN LEAVING THE CONDO.

GUESTS MUST CLOSE ALL BEDROOM DOORS WHEN THE AIR CONDITIONERS ARE ON.

GUESTS MUST DUST ALL BEACH SAND OFF THEIR CLOTHES AND BODIES BEFORE SITTING ON FURNITURE, BEDS, AND CHAIRS.

GUEST MUST TAKE GOOD CARE OF THE BICYCLES, WHICH ARE FREE FOR GUESTS TO USE, AND GUESTS ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FINANCIALLY IF THE BICYCLES ARE STOLEN OR DAMAGED AND GUEST MUST LOCK BICYCLES WHEN NOT IN USE ON AND OFF THE PROPERTY.

GUESTS MUST NOT JUMP ON THE BEDS.

GUESTS MUST LATCH, AT ALL TIMES, THE MAIN ENTRANCE GATE TO AVOID ANIMALS, INCLUDING HORSES, DONKIES, AND COWS, ENTERING THE PROPERTY TO DAMAGE THE VEGETATION. GUEST MUST NOT ENGAGE WITH AND FEED STRAY ANIMALS, LIKE CATS OR DOGS, IF THEY HAPPEN TO FIND THEIR WAY ON THE PROPERTY AS COLWIN'S PLACE OWNERS DO NOT HAVE PETS AND DO NOT ENCOURAGE STRAY ANIMALS ON THE PROPERTY.

ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES FOR MIDTERM/BUSINESS GUESTS

COLWIN'S PLACE WELCOMES ALL MIDTERM GUESTS, BUSINESS GUESTS, AND DIGITAL NOMAD GUESTS TO STAY IN COLWIN'S PLACE CONDOS FOR UP TO TWELVE (12) MONTHS. COLWIN'S PLACE WILL INITIALLY SUPPLY THE KITCHEN SUPPLIES, CLEANING SUPPLIES, TOILET PAPER, PAPER HAND TOWELS, COFFEE/TEA INGREDIENTS, AND LAUNDRY ITEMS. STILL, DUE TO THE 25% DISCOUNT COLWIN'S PLACE IS OFFERING MIDTERM GUESTS, MIDTERM GUESTS MUST REPLENISH THESE ITEMS AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE. COLWIN'S PLACE DOES NOT OFFER MAID/CLEANING SERVICE DURING GUESTS' STAY NEITHER DOES COLWIN'S PLACE CHARGE GUESTS A CLEANING FEE, BUT ONCE MIDTERM/BUSINESS GUESTS GIVE COLWIN'S PLACE ADVANCE NOTICE OF THEIR NEED AND FREQUENCY OF MAID/CLEANING SERVICE COLWIN'S PLACE WILL ARRANGE THE MAID SERVICE AND THE MID-TERM/BUSINESS GUESTS WILL NEGOTIATE AND PAY THE MAID DIRECTLY.

MID-TERM GUESTS MUST WASH ONLY ONE (1) DAY DURING EACH WEEK OR SEVEN DAYS AND UP TO THREE (3) LOADS ON WASH DAY.

Colwin's Place is nestled in a peaceful garden setting off the main road and less than a five (5) minute bicycle ride from North Creek and Breezy Brae Beach. The historic Lighthouse, the famous Grand Turk Cruise Center, where thousands of cruise passengers enter the destination to enjoy the local culture and shop at the plethora of shops and restaurants at the Center and in town, is less than a 15-30 minute bicycle ride from Colwin's Place.
