Beautiful apartment on the first sea line in Puerto Alcudia for up to 8 people



Our sea view apartment Portvic is located in Puerto Alcudia, opposite the marina and is only a few minutes' walk from the sandy beach.

The location does not require a car as there are many activities, restaurants, bars and shops in the area.

The apartment is located in a modern building with a lift and enjoys a beautiful terrace with sea views.

It has 4 bedrooms, 2 of them with double beds and 2 with two single beds each. All bedrooms are equipped with AC (warm and cold).

There are two modern designer bathrooms, one with a shower and the other one with a bathtub and shower.

The living area consists of a beautiful living room with lots of light and modern furniture and direct access to the terrace, from where we can enjoy a wonderful view of the port of Alcudia. Satellite TV and free wireless internet are available.

In the separate kitchen there is a lot of space and it's fully equipped with modern appliances.

The furnished terrace is ideal for al fresco lunches and dinners with friends and family. The comfortable sofa invites you to relax and lets us enjoy the view even better...



Electricity / AC and hot water is calculated under consumption and will be charged separately.

    “Leider ist dieses Apartment nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Es ist zwar teuer, aber der Service von Eigentümer ist alles andere als gut. Bei der Ankunft fehlte es im Apartment an grundlegenden Dingen, wie Handtüchern, Kaffeemaschine, Tassen. Auf Reklamation erhielten wir diese innerhalb von zwei Tagen (ein! Handtuch pro Person). ABER: Auf jeden Fall ziehen sie dann die Summe von der Kaution als 'Elektrizität-Kosten' ab, ohne vorher die Rechnung zu schicken.

    Außerdem stimmt es nicht, dass das Appartement 400 Meter vom Strand entfernt liegt. Was sie offiziell als Strand bezeichnen, ist ein stinkender Teil der Bucht, in der Nähe des Hafens. In Wirklichkeit müssen Sie mindestens einen weiteren Kilometer laufen.
