Our apartment is centrally located,close to the forest and vineyards,with two beautiful parks(Rose Garden and Warrior Garden with public playground). 

Also in the old town it is only a 15 minutes walk.Shopping facilities only about 5 minutes. In front of the door is the bus stop to the city center,in the commercial area and of course in the wine villages. Our apartment is for non smokers,but on the balcony is the possibility to smoke.Pets are not allowed. Ideal for many cycling ,hiking,leisur,and cultural opportunities.
