The place is 7 kilometers from the center of Rijeka, 6 kilometers from the center of Opatija where the nearest beaches.Within 500 meters of the property there are restaurants,cafes, a gas station and a shopping center.
The ground floor is about 75 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a fireplace, a flatscreen TV and a double sofa bed. There is also a bedroom next to it, which includes a double bed. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, electric stove, coffee machine and a dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower and bidet. As the ceilings are very high, a floor with a seconda and third bedroom with a double bed was created, which was complemented by a guest toilet.
The terrace is equipped with barbecue, garden furniture, a sunshade and four garden loungers. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children.
The pool is also outdoors.
