Welcome to this cozy house! From the living room you have access to a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy the view of the lake and the sea and the nearby playground. Here you can have breakfast, and later end the day with a glass of wine. A barbecue is available for cozy barbecue evenings.

The house is located in the first row to the lake, surrounded by beautiful nature, in the northern part of Langeland. Near the very child-friendly sandy beach with calm, shallow water.

There are a number of recreational facilities in the area. Play badminton, or take the kids to the playground. There is also a common fishing area with a table for gutting fish. Most of the facilities are open only in summer. On the large sunbathing lawn is the playground with ball playground and bouncy castle, where there is also a mini-golf course and a petanque court (please bring your own rackets and balls). The nature on Langeland is characterized by beautiful beaches, fields, forests, small village churches and beautiful landscapes.
