2 rooms ground floor Apartment 56qm for max. 3 - 4 Pers in Chalet Malenca. 1 Bedroom with 2 beds (as double bed), 1 Living/Dining room with modern LCD TV(with SAT TV, SAT Radio and DVD Player)and 2 Sleep couches, 1 modern open Kitchen completely equipped with Ceran cooker, oven, built-in mircowave, dishes ect. Seperate storage room (joint use) for baggage or ski. 1 Bath with WC/Shower, large Sun terrace with beautiful view to the Via Mala canyon in 850 m height, own Parking lot, Garden/Terrace seat with furniture, lawn sun chairs and big Sun umbrella. Chalet Malenca: The vacation home is located in level of 850 m at the Heinzenberg mountain, above the small town Thusis with view of the famous Viamala ravine. Of the seat in the free one from a wonderful view over meadows, Forests and mountains! Information for environment:

Masein - grey federations, lies in the east of Switzerland in the canton grey federations. The village Masein is located in 850m above sea level and is the first village above Thusis at the road to the moving and skiing areas up to 2180m height, all year round passably with passenger car and bus. The city Thusis is already on 720m height and is the district town at the Hinterrhein.

The city Thusis offers numerous purchase possibilities, Restaurant, Physicians, Pharmacy as well as a hospital.

Trip goals and objects of interest:

The regions Domleschg and Heinz mountain have different historicalobjects of interest such as castle ruins, Castles, Locks, Churches as well as the well-known Viamala ravine. Further goals by passenger car, BUS or COURSE is the canton city Chur, Arosa, Flims, Davos, Lenzerheide, Lugano or St. Moritz. Experience travels with the panorama cars BERNINA and GLACIER express. Access to these trains directly at the Thusis train station. Moving information: For wanderer the region is a true Eldorado. The moving way net marked well over 350 km lies mostly in a forest-rich area. The variety at migrations reaches from the simple walk to the fastidious mountain tour. (Piz Beverin over 3000 m ue.M. - daily route!!! ) < br>Ski information:

The vacation home in the Chalet Malenca lies in 850 m height. The busline Thusis - Heinzenberg to the skiing areas is only 50m far away from the apartment and leads to well prepared skiing runways (1300-2180m ). Exercise ski lifts for children as well as ski schools are present in the skiing areas at the Heinzenberg.

Skiing areas:

Tschappina - Urmein (4 ski lifts, Length 4620 m) Sarn (3 lifts of it 1 as sleight lift, 3250m lengthens/ Departure by ski to Thusis 7,5km) cross country skiing in the Rhine Valley The sunny, rock-free and snowslides-save skiing areas Tschappina Urmein and Sarn at the Heinzenberg mountain ca.7-9 km is distant and with the bus or passenger car well attainable. The rather small, but however delightful region with the 7 ski lifts (ski schools, sleight lift, Child ski lift, Sports shop, Ski service + ski letting) is ideal for families and enjoying people. For alternation numerous large skiing areas are within a short time comfortably to reach Lenzerheide, Davos, Monastery, Berguen, Flims Laax or Savognin.

Further sport possibilities except ski running and moving are:

Bathe, Tennis, Schlitteln, Rodeln, Snow shoe migrations, led ski routes, Ice-stick-shoot, Horse carriage travels or Viamala Canyoning under expert guidance.

The vacation home lies on the sun terrace in 850 m ueNN. at the Heinz mountain, above the small town Thusis with view of the famous Viamala ravine. Of the seat in the free one from a wonderful view over meadows, Forests and mountains! Bedlinen, Hand u. Kitchen towels are naturally available.

    “Negativ: Leider kein Internetanschluss. Obwohl wir versuchen, im Urlaub nicht zu arbeiten, ist es heute manchmal unvermeidbar, beruflich per Internet kommunizieren zu müssen. Umgebung: Tolle Umgebung: Wanderweg Zillis-Thusis oberhalb der Viamala-Schlucht,
    Roffla-Schlucht (!),
    Grat-Wanderungen ab Glaspass und ab Piz Scalottas. Ausflüge: Roffla-Schlucht - sehenswerte Schlucht mit Wasserfall und kleinem Museum”
