Just 800 metres from the Plages des Pins and the heart of the seaside resort of Argelès sur Mer, the Emeraude gîte is ideally located for exploring the Pyrénées-Orientales. This large contemporary house comprises a garden-level flat with its own entrance. The owners live upstairs. Ground floor: Living room opening onto terrace (barbecue and plancha), with kitchenette, 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), 1 small bedroom of approx. 6 m² (2 x 90cm bunk beds), shower room, wc. Air conditioning in the living room. Communal enclosed garden with trees (garden furniture). Parking in the cul-de-sac in front of the house. 2 gîtes (4 pers and 8 pers) are also available on site. Bike and motorbike storage available. Municipal swimming pool 400 m away. Ideal gîte for mountain bikers. Free loan of bikes.

Wooded and enclosed garden (furniture for relaxation). Parking in the dead-end in front of the House. A second cottage is also located on the spot. Local bike and motorcycle possible.
