You'll be staying just a stone's throw from the Lac de Villeneuve de la Raho, with its aquatic centre and lively dance halls on summer evenings. Situated 10 minutes by car from Perpignan and its famous Palace of the Kings of Majorca, 15 minutes from the Mediterranean beaches (Saint Cyprien) and 20 minutes from Argelès and Collioure, this gite is the ideal base for discovering the Catalan region and spending a pleasant holiday. You'll be staying in a small, detached, air-conditioned house full of charm. It is located in a 19th century Catalan farmhouse full of character with pine trees, next to a residential estate. Ground floor: living room (sofa, 1 single bed) with kitchen opening onto a private terrace and enclosed pine forest, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room (wc). 1 single bed is available in addition to the sofa in the living room. Baby equipment can be requested on booking if required. Private parking in the courtyard. Barbecue and barbecue available. All shops and leisure activities nearby. Sports, water sports and restaurants at nearby Lac de la Raho. There is another gîte on the ground floor of the owners' mansion (ref. 66G122701 sleeps 4).

It is located in a Catalan mas of character of the 19th century with pine trees, next to a residential development. On the ground floor : living room (sofa, 1 single bed) with kitchen opening onto a private terrace and the fenced pine forest, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom (toilet). Private parking in the courtyard. Barbecue-plancha available. All shops and leisure activities nearby. Sporting and nautical activities and restaurants at the nearby Raho lake. On the spot, another gîte is fitted out on the ground floor of the mansion where the owners live (ref. 66G122701 for 4 people).
