Gite, with independent entrance, located on the 1st floor of a house of character located in the agricultural property of the owners. 1st floor : living room/kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room, wc. Mezzanine (1 double bed). Large enclosed garden with trees and flowers with a private part for each of the two gites (garden furniture and barbecue). A second identical gite (66G118612) adjoining the same level. Private enclosed parking on the spot.
