In the summer season, you will be able to take advantage of the nearby beaches as well as the swimming pool to share with the owners. Modern and fitted out with a lot of care, this independent contemporary villa with private access (new construction) has been perfectly thought out for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. Spacious living room open on the kitchen, laundry room, 1 bedroom 1 bed 160x200 (with assembly system) split into 2 beds. Shower room. Independent WC. The living rooms (living room and bedroom), have a direct access to the terrace (with summer kitchen) and to the infinity pool (12 x 5 m, access by beach). Shower and 2nd outside toilet. On the roof, a 3rd terrace where is located a relaxation lounge. The owners, discreetly retired, reside on site.
