The cottage is located at Mas Catalans, 4 km from the village center of Laroque des Albères. Magnificent hikes await you from the cottage. 1.3 km from the cottage, you will have free access to the communal swimming pool (from June 15 to September 15) and to the tennis court of the "Domaine des Albères" housing estate. All 25 minutes from the mythical Racou beach, 30 minutes from Collioure or Perthus, gateway to Spain. With independent access, via a staircase of about forty steps, the gîte is an independent apartment located on the ground floor of the owner's house. It is comfortable and well equipped with a bedroom with a double bed, an independent kitchen, a living room with TV (Netflix and Prime Video subscription), and its dining area with a view opening onto a balcony, as well as a relaxation or office, a bathroom with wc. Outside, you will enjoy a terrace as well as an unfenced garden of 680 m², part of which is located in the forest, with furniture and deckchairs from which you can admire the view. A closed room is also available to deposit your bikes, as well as an unclosed private car park a few meters away.
