Villa Brionika

Villa Brionika is located in Vodnjan, a small town in Istria. The house is surrounded by holiday villas, in a tourist area. The town of Vodnjan is close to all major tourist destinations in Istria, such as Pula, Fažana, Brijuni National Park, and the town of Rovinj.


The first beaches "Fažana" and "Peroj" are approximately 6 km from the house.


Supermarkets "Plodine" and "Konzum" are within walking distance, only 500 m from the accommodation.


The first restaurant "Maslina" is 1 km away. Restaurants "Vodnjanka" and "Buffalo" are 1,6 km and 1.9 km from the property.


Other activities and attractions in the area are wine tasting at the winery "Medea" which is 2 km away. Brijuni National Park is also nearby. It is the most famous and most visited national park in Croatia. You can visit it daily by boat from Fažana (6 km).


For adventurers, at a distance of 29 km, there is a nature park Cape Kamenjak. Suitable for nature walks, cycling, and surfing.



Enjoy a relaxing holiday in Villa Brionika, near Pula. The house is located in a quiet part of Vodnjan, a beautiful place with the charm of an Istrian old town. The villa is only 5 km away from Fazana and its beautiful beaches. Pula Airport is only 13 km away.


Villa Brionika has 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms including a whirlpool bathtub and can accommodate a total of 8 guests. In the living room, there is a sofa bed as an additional bed for 2 people.

The kitchen is equipped with all amenities such as a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
