The house is pleasantly located in a cul-de-sac, while the other part is inhabited by the owner ion. You can cozy up by the fireplace in the evening with a cup of cocoa or a good wine and listen to the sound of the sea. The wooden furniture radiates rustic warmth, while the new bathroom offers the best comfort. In the front garden you will find enough space to start the day with a cup of coffee or let it end relaxing in the sun.

Discover the picturesque surroundings with family beaches, hiking trails in the greenery and ample opportunities for sports activities. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery during bike rides (bike rental is nearby), windsurfing or long coastal walks. The unique valley mountain furrow between the rivers Trieux and Jaudy can be reached in fifteen minutes. Visit the harbor with its many sailboats and the old stone buildings so typical of Brittany. Also the pier for the paradisiacal island of Bréhat is only 20 km away. Also take advantage of the opportunity to taste and buy seafood and vegetables directly from the farm. The very famous markets of the region throughout the year: Pleubian on Saturday - Friday Lézardrieux - Tuesday Paimpol - Wednesday Tréguier.
