House in Coral Bay with Common Pool and Fantastic View

Attractive 3 bedroom villa in excellent location with pool. Located on the edge of Coral Bay, this villa has stunning sea views. Thanks to this location, you are only a few minutes walk from numerous bars & restaurants. 3 beautiful sandy beaches are nearby, so you can also reach them after an impressive walk. Back at the villa, you can end the day on the roof terrace or by the pool.



On the ground floor, the spacious living/dining area is equipped with everything you need for your stay. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortably furnished living room, there is still enough space for the dining area. A sliding door leads to the terrace area, which offers you a fantastic view of the sea. The living room offers a receiver with over 4000 international TV channels (Internet), Netflix and Amazon Alexa is also available. The ground floor is completed with a bedroom, which also has direct access to the terrace. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a spacious balcony. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, sea view and a bathroom with bathtub to relax. Wake up to the gentle rays of the sunrise falling through the large glass doors of the balcony and enjoy the breathtaking view over the Mediterranean Sea in the morning. In the second bedroom there are 2 single beds. The directly adjoining bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. From this room, you also have direct access to the balcony via a sliding door. On the large roof terrace, a breathtaking sea view awaits you that you will never forget.



Outside is the pool, which is shared with 3 villas. There are enough sun loungers and parasols available. You also have a wonderful sea view from here.
