The residential complex has a wellness area with sauna and an indoor pool. The apartments are equipped with TV, Internet, underground parking. The Avenida Mountain Resort is situated in the best location in the center of Kaprun.
The final cleaning is not included and need to be paid extra on the day of arrival.
TOP D17 is located on the first floor and consists of two large bedrooms, each with a double bed and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a bunk bed. The living room is spacious with an open-plan kitchen, dining table and a comfortable seating area. The large balcony can be accessed directly from the living room.
