Villa Allegra is luxurious villa situated in a unique location. Situated on a hill with a splendid view of the Adriatic sea, the house with Mediterranean flair is the place with a lot of opportunities for recreation. Sea and beautiful sandy beach are only 300 m far from villa, the house is surrounded by green nature and offers amazing sea views.



The living area is fully air-conditioned, bright, cozy and equipped with high standard. Ground floor level offers you living area with fully equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, Nespresso and filter coffee maker...), fireplace and TV area (with play station and DVD) is an ideal retreat and leads directly to the spacious terrace with outdoor dining area with sea views, barbecue area as well as to the heated 32m2 swimming pool at lower level with spacious sun deck area with 6 sun deck chairs. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor: Bedroom No.1 with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and terrace with sea views, Bedroom No.2 with double bed and terrace with sea views, Bedroom No.3 with 2 single beds; a family bathroom with shower is located at bedroom level also. Two further sleeping possibilities are offered in the living area on sofa.

There is a welcome buffet with Croatian prosciutto, cheese, snacks and wine and drinks. Access to all areas of the house is guaranteed at all times. Parking spaces are available before the house entrance.



This area is perfect for families because it is very safe and there are a lot activities that are offered from 400m to 5km area and owner can help you organize most of them, like rafting, boat day trips to nearest islands, diving, hiking, mountain biking, cycling.... or you can enjoy luxury equipped Villa Allegra and its pool area in this mountain environment with sea view.
