It offers a superb, unobstructed, panoramic view for a peaceful stay. It is located close to the ski slopes, hiking and mountain bike trails, in a wooded environment and a privileged climate. From the top floor of the Plein Sud residence, this cosy flat will delight young and old alike. Take the lift to the 5th floor, then the stairs to the 6th floor, where the flat is located. This south-facing flat enjoys exceptional light and views. It was completely renovated in 2021 in chalet style and is very well equipped: WIFI is available free of charge; on the ground floor there is a large living room (with a single bed arranged as a bench, flat-screen TV), dining room and fully-equipped fitted kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, extractor fan, toaster, Nespresso machine, raclette machine, etc.), as well as a bathroom with shower, 1 separate WC, and a small bedroom (with a single bed) with en suite shower room. Access to the first floor is via Japanese staircases, where there is a space with a single bed and a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a WC.

Plenty of storage space, washing machine, clothes line, ironing board, folding bed, children's games... On-site parking. A bicycle garage and 2 ski lockers are available.
