We rent this cozy and wonderful detached villa in the mountain village Annaberg- Lungötz in Austria . The beautiful new house is located on the slopes of the attractive, beautiful family ski area Dachstein-West. Both in summer and in winter this is an excellent area for recreation and relaxation.

Annaberg- Lungötz is located 850 meters above sea level and is a tip for connoisseurs. Especially for families with children are more beautiful ski resorts , such as Annaberg in the area of ​​Dachstein West ( Salzburg ) is hard to find.

Koopman house offers 3 apartments for rent. Dachstein (6-8), Bergblick (8-10) and Annaberg (12-14).
The villa was completed in early 2009 and is one of the larger on the slopes. The house is modern and offers enough space for everyone.

The house is fully equipped for the active winter-sports lover, but summer guests are also catered for with each apartment having doors opening onto its own terrace. The car park under the building providing 2 or 3 car parking spaces per Apartment.

Electric cars are not allowed in the garage!

On the ground floor is the entrance, stairs and toilet. The living room (with doors to the terrace and garden), dining room and a well-equipped kitchen with a large storage room are also on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a second toilet, 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bunk bed and a TV. (This is handy for the children). On the first floor there is also a separate shower and a bathroom with a double sink and a shower.

You are allowed to bring 1 dog in this house.
If you bring a dog you will be charged 15,00 euros per night with a minimum fee of 50,00 euros per stay.

Deposit: The deposit is to be paid on arrival at the flat: Apartment Bergblick and Dachstein EUR 450 in winter or EUR 350 in summer; Apartment Annaberg EUR 500 in winter or EUR 400 in summer.

Bed linen: If you are renting for less than a week, bed linen costs EUR 15 per person (obligatory).
