Ferienwohnung zum Spaal

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt abseits des Großstadtgetümmels. Hier findet man Ruhe und Zeit, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen.

Sie liegt idyllisch in einen kleinen Tal im Herzen Thüringens.

Unser Haus ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderer, da der Luther - und Goethewanderweg

unweit davon verlaufen.

Auch Radfahrer aller Kategorien treffen hier auf ideale Bedingungen.

Die Städte Erfurt, Weimar ,Gotha, Jena, Rudolstadt, Saalfeld und Gera sind in weniger als einer Stunde mit den PKW erreichbar.

Ein paar Minuten mehr braucht man für die Ausflugsziele Eisenach(Wartburg), Suhl, Oberhof , Lauscha und Bad Salzungen..



Unsere Wohnung wurde erst 2021 fertiggestellt und verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten

(Bad mit Dusche,Küche,Schlafzimmer,Wohn-und Essbereich, eigener Balkon).

Fitnessgeräte, Dart und Billard sind kostenfrei nutzbar. .

Die Sauna ist gern nach vorheriger Absprache gegen Gebühr buchbar.


Die Nutzung des Außenbereichs inkl. Pool sowie des Fitness-u. Freizeitbereichs (inkl. Sauna) erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr.



Im Außenbereich befindet sich ein Pool mit Liegewiese und überdachtem Grillplatz.



Ruhige Lage,leider nur bedingt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar.



Sehr waldreiche Gegend.

    “Tolle Ferienwohnung und Garten für Leute die mal ihre Ruhe haben möchten. Toll auch die Sauna und der kleine Pool zum Abkühlen. Sitzt man im Garten, hat man das Gefühlt von "Toscana". Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Mit viel Liebe und Geschmack ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und aufgeschlossen und freuen sich über ein gemeinsames Gläschen Wein. Positiv: Super schöne neue Ferienwohnung in einem kleinen Dorf am Ende eines wunderschönen Tals. Absolute Ruhe und sehr, sehr nette Vermieter.”
