Near the Chateaux du Pays Cathare, white water sports on the upper Aude valley, Carcassonne is 1 hour away. Shops at Couiza 20mn or Limoux 45mn. On site shared and covered swimming pool (10 X 4m, depth 2m). Numerous spaces fitted out on the Estate allowing you total isolation, to make the most of this outdoor environment. Shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Gîte comprising on the ground floor: living room fully equipped kitchen opening onto a veranda with garden furniture, separate WC. A bedroom (2 single beds 90 can be combined into 1 bed 180) with shower room and WC.
