Ferienhaus in Feriendorf Silbersee mit Privatem Pool
Unser Ferienhaus liegt in bester Lage im Feriendorf am Silbersee im kurhessischen Bergland. Wald, Wiesen und kleinere Berge prägen das wunderschöne Gelaände rund um unser Haus 164. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich jede Menge attraktive Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Dazu gehören ein Badesee, Eine Disc-Golf Anlage, Minigolf und Spielplätze. Darüber hinaus befinden sich fußläufig ein Kletterpark, ein Indoor-Spielplatz, eine Sommerrodelbahn, ein Bootsverleih sowie ein Schwimmbad, wobei alle diese Attraktionen nicht im Reisepreis enthaklten sind. Im Park befindet sich außerdem ein Restaurant mit Biergarten.Im nahe gelegenenem Ort Frielendorf (2km) sind gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden.
4 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, 2 Bäder mit DU/WC, 2 Küchen, 2 Wohnzimmer,Die Küchen sind gut ausgestattet und das Haus ist regelmäßig renoviert wurden.
1 Terrasse und 1 Bolkon. Beide auf der Süd/Sonnenseite. Auf der Terrasse befinden sich ein fester Grill sowie unser kleiner Pool, der mit Holz geheizt werden kann. Der kleine Pool (Badetonne) kann von November bis März im Regelfall nicht genutzt werden. Die Terrasse ist von außen nicht einsehbar.Das zugehörige Grundstück hat ca. 650 qm.
