Former name of the domain in 1570, this place steeped in history is now called the domain La Malplacade which is aptly named, ie it is located on the edge of the old path "Das Abesquats" which started from the he bishopric of Saint-Papoul to the bishopric of Alet, this path was very popular with pilgrimages in the 11th and 12th centuries. The cottage is ideally located just 5km from the Canal du Midi and the Bram Lock for lovers of beautiful walks or cycling. You will be about twenty minutes from the Medieval City of Carcassonne. During your stay you will also be close to essential places to visit such as the Cathar city of Fanjeaux, the abbeys of St-Papoul and Villelongue, Castelnaudary, the world capital of Cassoulet and its basin, or even Mirepoix and Ariège. On site you can enjoy a large private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Animals are not accepted however you can have a dog boarding house which can keep your animal 2 minutes away.
