Nestled along the Aude River, the house provides a pleasant coolness, particularly welcoming after intense summer days of exploration. Immersed in the heart of the Pays de la Haute Vallée de l'Aude, a territory ideal for holidays focused on discovering the environment, gastronomy, and the rich heritage of the Cathar Country, the elevated village heights reveal majestic panoramas of endless mountains.

On-site, a multitude of activities await, including picturesque hikes and fishing along the river. An accompanying guide is available for those who wish to explore the surroundings more extensively. The charming towns of Quillan and Limoux are respectively 5 and 20 minutes away, while the famous Carcassonne is an hour's drive. Just 3 kilometers away, a nautical and leisure base offers a refreshing alternative.

The cottage, all on one level (with only one step to access the bathroom), occupies the ground floor of the owners' house. A courtyard terrace of 50 m², overlooking the river, is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue for convivial outdoor moments. The interior of the cottage includes a living-dining area with a possible sleeping arrangement, a bedroom with a bed for two people (180 cm) separable into two beds of 90, and a bed for one person (90), as well as a bathroom with a toilet. Dog owners will be pleased to learn that dogs are welcome, provided they do not share the beds.
