Architects by profession, the owners wanted to completely renovate this old building, respecting its original character and incorporating all modern comforts.

On the ground floor: a large entrance hall, a first bedroom with 2 pull-out 90cm beds that can be converted into 1 180cm bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. First floor: a suite with a 180cm bed (convertible into two 90cm beds) and en-suite shower room; 2 bedrooms, each with a 180cm bed (also convertible), en-suite shower room and separate toilet. On the top floor: a comfortable, bright living room opening onto the terrace, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, wifi, 4K television and home cinema. Shower room with WC. The large 20m² roof terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, where you can enjoy the outdoors without overlooking the village and admire the scenery from this house.

As soon as you book, the rooms are prepared according to your requirements, the beds are made and the towels are available.

7 km from the beaches of the Aude coast, between Narbonne and Perpignan, the gîte is the starting point for numerous walks in the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park. There are plenty of walks and mountain bike rides nearby. Famous kite surfing spots at Leucate and Le Barcarès. Visit the Cathar country sites in the Corbières.
