Our two houses were completely renovated in 2019 and 2022, and three fully furnished holiday apartments were created in the course of the renovation. Top 1 has 73m² - occupancy up to 5 people / Top 2 has 89m² - occupancy up to 5 people Top 3 has 45m² - occupancy for 2 people. The holiday apartment was newly built in 2019, faces south and has a size of 45m² The apartment is comfortably furnished and has a double room, an eat-in kitchen, anteroom with cloakroom and a bathroom with shower/toilet. The bedroom and living room has a balcony, from the living room to the west there is a terrace available to our guests. If desired, the sofa bed in the living room can be booked for a third person. The kitchen is fully equipped with extractor hood, fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob. In addition to the cookware is still toaster, kettle and microwave available. Crockery and cutlery including different glasses for 3 people are provided. In addition to a double bed, the bedroom has two closets with sliding or revolving doors. Bed linen and towels are provided and are included in the price. Eat-in kitchen with dishwasher/kettle/coffee maker/toaster/oven and ceramic hob, living area with dining table/pull-out couch/TV and free WiFi. The parking spaces and garage are located directly at the accommodation.
