Only about five minutes walk from the valley station of the Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn is the Apartment Augenweide/Eye-Candy!

Our apartment for 2 to max. 4 persons has two bedrooms, a living-dining-kitchen and shower/WC. A large, partly covered terrace offers enough space to stay outside. Free of charge Wi-Fi!

The Apartment Augenweide is about 400m walking distance from the Ossiachersee. A small footpath leads down the hill and then across the Am Hang-street to the Seeuferstraße-lakeside road. Down you walk about 5 minutes, up it takes a little longer.


Whether you like swimming, sailing, surfing, fishing, horseback riding or hiking, biking, mountain biking or jogging in summer - with us you are always welcome and in good hands!
Ideal location for paragliders!
To the Glock Horse Performance Center it is also only three km!

Or for skiing, snowboarding or cross-country skiing on the Gerlitzen Alpe, ice skating in the ice rink Ossiacher See or simply walking in the beautiful Carinthian winter landscape in winter - with us you are always right.
The ski areas Bad Kleinkirchheim, Goldeck, 3-Ländereck, Turrach as well as Tarvis/Lussari (I), Kranjska Gora and the ski jump Planica (SLO) are within a radius of 30 minutes.

We are only five minutes by car from Villach and about 30 minutes from Klagenfurt Airport.

Please know that it is only 25 minutes by car to the Slovenian as well as Italian border! A visit to nearby Tarvisio (I), Kranjska Gora or Planice (SLO) might be a good idea.
No matter what the weather will be like - there is always plenty to do around here!


By car you can reach the apartment via the Sonnenweg/Panoramaweg or further east via the Bergstraße.





Are you looking for a quiet place to rest and relax, a few days off without giving up the comforts of modern living? Then you are exactly right in the apartment eye-candy.

On 75 square meters of living space are distributed two bedrooms, kitchen-living room, bathroom and toilet with enough space for up to four people. The bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed. The bathroom has a step-free walk-in shower and a double sink. The WC is separate. Washing machine, iron and clothes horse are available.

The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, freezer, has an induction stove with oven and dishwasher. Various appliances such as, filter coffee maker, coffee pads machine, blender, kettle, hand blender are available.

In the living room there is a dining table, couch, TV and a small desk, wi-fi is available free of charge.

The apartment has a large partially covered terrace.

The apartment is located in Annenheim, Panoramaweg 42, on a small hill at the foot of the Gerlitzen Alpe. Enjoy a magnificent view over Lake Ossiach West Bay, Annenheim and the surrounding villages of Treffen, St. Ruprecht and St. Andrä, as well as the district of Landskron with Landskron Castle. This scenery is flanked by the Ossiacher Tauern, the Kumitzberg and the Oswaldiberg, in the background lies the Dobratsch/ Villacher Alpe, as well as the Julian Alps in the southwest and the Karawanken around the southeast.
