This sunny apartment is perfect for couples, families and people who want to spend the holidays in a quiet environment. It has a capacity for 4 people, has a spacious bedroom with 2 single beds, a living-dining room with a sofa bed and an open concept that integrates with a fully equipped kitchen and a nice balcony where you can have breakfast and enjoy the view and the sun. to enjoy.Ideal location to explore the rest of the island, located in the central east on Fuerteventura, in a very quiet area, a few minutes drive from El Castillo beach, restaurants and the main tourist attractions of El Castillo Caleta de Fuste .

BEDROOM
  • The bedroom has single beds (1.90/90) with firm foam mattresses and bedside tables. The built-in wardrobe with full-length mirrors has a hanging and laying area, you will also find extra blankets and pillows. There is enough space under the bedroom window and under the bed to store suitcases. From the bedroom window you have a beautiful view of the neighborhood and the ocean, just like on the balcony.
BATHROOM
  • The modern bathroom has a shower, washbasin, towel cabinet, toilet, washing machine.
BALCONY
  • On the sunny balcony (facing south) is the dining table with 2 chairs and 2 seat boxes. There is also a parasol with parasol base on the balcony. Since the sun is present on the balcony all day long, you can enjoy the wonderful temperatures all year round until late at night. A nice side effect is that you have a view of the sea, pool and the surroundings from the balcony. For the enthusiasts, you can see the planes flying in, without any noise pollution.


Residence BouganvilleThe Bouganville complex is built around the large swimming pool and has a number of semi-detached bungalows in addition to the apartments. The complex is a bit older but well maintained. There are neat paths and neatly landscaped gardens with here and there a seating area under the garden plants. Accessibility with public transport
  • The apartment is well served by public transport, but we recommend renting a car to explore the island. Not all locations on the island can be reached by public transport. Take line 3 towards Salinas El Castillo. Bus stop 2 in Costa Antigua. (200m).
  • Renting a car is not a necessity, but we do recommend it to increase your mobility.
  • In the marina Caleta de Fuste El Castillo there is plenty to do for people of all ages.There is a wide range of activities that can be booked on site.
Paseo Maritima
  • Via the coastal walking and cycling path you can walk to the large beaches, marina and the center of El Castillo (2 km) within half an hour.
  • There are street lamps along this route and you can still walk along the sea even late at night.


Neighbourhood
  • Costa de Antigua is only 7 km from the airport and 2 km from the large resort of Caleta de Fuste. You can walk to Caleta de Fuste both during the day and in the evening via the foot and bicycle path along the coast (lighting available). The advantage of Costa de Antigua is that it is close to the large supermarkets such as Lidl and Mercadona (1 km). Costa de Antigua itself also has a few small supermarkets, restaurants and cafes and a Pin Machine. Since it is only 2 km to Caleta de Fuste, you have all the facilities of the large resort within easy reach without being in the middle of it yourself.
Privacy and Sunbathe on Las Caletillas beach
  • Las Caletillas is a quiet beach where few people come and with enough space to enjoy the sun. Special circular stone walls ensure that you can lie in the shelter of the ever-present wind, it also gives you the private atmosphere as if it is your own place. Since there are no facilities on or at the beach, you can use the beach towels in the apartment. Trash bins are available on the beach. The beach is guaranteed to be quiet and you won't see large crowds of people. So nice and quiet.
