The house is about 2 km from the centre of Rauris, standing in a sunny and quiet surrounding, large garden (especially suited for small children), large private-parking place in front of the house, barbecue is possible. Rauris is the largest county in Salzburgerland. Therefore it is an ideal place to walk the mountain-trails between an altidtude of 950 and 3000m. The Salzburgerlandcard is available in the tourist office. This special card gives discounts or free entrance for many attractions and activities. There is also a special weekly programm that appeals many people.

The house is about two kilometers from the centre of Rauris, standing in a sunny and quiet surrounding. About 2 km from the ski lift calles Kreuzboden and only 3 km from the Hochalmbahn - cabine gondola. Skiing over Kreuzboden toward the house is often possible.

Please bring towels by yourself. Lawn for sunbathing and garden furniture

ATTENTION: The 2nd floor and the 4th and 5th bedroom are only available for bookings of 9-10 people.

Exclusive: local tax € 2,00 per person and night.
