Mooie chalet gelegen op de boerderij het buitengebied van het kleine dorpje leende met uitzicht over de weide naar de bossen, waar in de avond regelmatig enkele reeën zijn te zien.


In het dorpje leende is voldoende gelegenheid voor de dagelijkse boodschappen, ook zijn er verschillende cafés en eetgelegenheden. Op 500 mtr ligt een groot golfterrein. Openbaar vervoer is ook goed geregeld. Ook de vele mooie fiets en wandelroutes door het buitengebied bos en heide, door de strabrechtse heide, het leenderbos naar de achelse kluis met een gezellige winkel en een groot terras.


Ook voor huifkartochten, e-bikes rijden, kano varen ed kun je in de buurt terecht. Op ruim 10 km ligt de mooie stad Eindhoven, met veel uitgaansgelegenheden, groot winkelcentrum, div musea en casino. Kasteel in Heeze is ook een mooie bezienswaardigheid
