A sunny, modern 4 1/2 room apartment, 110 m² on the third floor of a house with a fantastic view over the valley and Chamues. The house is 330 m from the La-Punt Chamues train station, cross-country skiing trails, the Müsella ski lift can be reached in approx. 10 walking minutes, the next restaurant in approx. 2 minutes.

The apartment can be reached by elevator from the underground car park and the house has also a laundry room (washing machine and dryer), a ski room, and a bike room. Two parking places are in the rental price included.
The living room is modern and comfortably furnished with a flat screen TV. The adjoining dining room has an oval table with 6 chairs.
In the entrance, there is a cloakroom and a large mirror. The master room has a double bed (180x200), its own bathroom with a bathtub and shower, toilet, and a dressing room. The second room also has a double bed (180x200) and a built-in wardrobe. It shares a bathroom with a shower and toilet with the third room, which is furnished with a bunk bed and two smaller built-in wardrobes. The kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, oven and all the utensils you need for cooking.
