The cottage is located near the family farm, only a few meters from the market plots and agricultural buildings. This house of over 100 years has evolved over generations. It is therefore the combination of the large volumes of the old houses with the successive contemporary renovations that gives this building charm and comfort.
The major asset: You will enjoy our swimming pool (6x12) discovered with its staircase equipped with a balneo corner. A pool house with shower, sink and toilet adjoins it; your grandchildren will have fun safely (tricycle, children’s house, slide, portico etc...) because it is fully secured by a secure glass barrier on a fully enclosed garden.
You will be able to relax on sunbathing and armchairs serenely on the terraces to the south with views of the pool or to the east to enjoy the freshness and concoct your meals on the gas plancha.
The cottage can accommodate 10 people.

- You will benefit from huge rooms including a large living room, a dining room with open kitchen equipped with every comfort.

- You can isolate yourself in the mezzanine with office serving as a library.
- You will find 2 bedrooms with 140 beds and a 90 bed in each.
- The third (bed in 140) has a cot and the last (bed in 140) with pool view.
- Finally a large bathroom with corner bath and a separate toilet cabinet.
This house combines both large volumes and a contemporary structure that give a very pleasant living environment where one can evolve in large numbers without being embarrassed.

This cottage is located in the center of the triangle Castres, Albi, Toulouse offering multiple possibilities of visits.
It is located 6 kms from Lavaur, capital of the Pays De Cocagne on the banks of the Agout, between sunny hillsides, vineyards Gaillacois, Bastides Albigeoises and Montagne Noire.
Rich in history thanks to her Cathar epic, she carries in her the signs of the past but also those of the present.
Life in Lavaur is the important Saturday morning market, the Gothic cathedral of Saint Alain, the medieval quarter, the Tour Des Rondes, the garden of the bishopric. It is a bustling cultural activity. Its cathedral holds treasures of Gothic and Romanesque art. Further, the Tour Des Rondes route will immerse you in the dramatic history of the Cathars.
