A beautiful Marche farmhouse with a swimming pool and views of the town of San Costanzo and the sea. Villa Elettra is only 8 minutes from the coast of the Adriatic Sea.
On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining room, and two large living rooms with access to the porch, a bathroom with shower, the laundry room and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.Going up the stairs, on the first floor, there are two double bedrooms and a large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with shower.In the annex, with air conditioning, there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
The outdoor area is completely fenced and covers an area of 3000m2 used as a park. with private pool, jacuzzi and solarium. At the disposal of the guests there are ping pong table and foosball table. In the outdoor area, there are aromatic herbs, rosemary, olive trees, black cherries, pomegranates, kiwis and peaches.All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The farmhouse is located in the municipality of San Costanzo and in a few minutes you arrive in the pretty village where the main services such as shops, bars, pharmacy, bank and post office are located. You can also quickly reach Marotta and the Adriatic Sea, where there are beautiful sandy beaches, excellent fish restaurants, entertainment venues, cycle paths, many activities, festivals, events throughout the year. For wine lovers, in the surrounding hills there are many excellent wineries where you can enjoy tastings or buy the best wines and local products.
