Unser Standort ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für einen Stadtbesuch, deren City Sie in 15 Minuten zu fussläufig erreichen.

Unser allseits beliebter Aasee als Oase der Erholung ist nur 10 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt.

Sie starten von uns aus direkt zu den vielen abwechslungsreichen Fahrradrouten in das Münsterland. 

Unser Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig zur Innenstadt, Hauptbahnhof, Universitätsklinikum und Zoo.

Diese werden direkt vom Hotel aus per Bus angefahren. 




Auf ca.110qm Wohnfläche empfängt Sie unsere gemütliche, moderne und neu erstellte Ferienwohnung.

Diese befindet sich in unserem Hotel auf der 3. Etage, erreichbar nur über die Treppe.

Komplett eingerichtet mit geräumigen Wohn- und Essbereich, zwei separaten Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten. Die offene Küche bietet eine Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine.

Das Bad ist modern und geräumig.

Eine schöne grosse Loggia, Terrasse und ein heller Sitzbereich laden zum Lesen und Relaxen.

WLAN ist kostenfrei verfügbar.

Küche: Voll ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd und Backofen. Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Tee und Kaffee stehen für unsere Gäste zur Verfügung.

Schlafzimmer (für maximal 4 Personen):

Schlafzimmer 1 - Doppelbett ca. 180x200cm gross, Kleiderschrank, Garderobe, Schreibtische, Smart TV, Ventilator, Safe.

Schlafzimmer 2 - Doppelbett ca. 180x200cm gross, Kleiderschrank, Garderobe und Ventilator.

Badezimmer: große Dusche, WC, Fön, Handtücher, Hygieneartikel, Kosmetikspiegel.

Wohnzimmer mit Essbereiche: Moderner 65 Zoll Smart TV mit DVD-Player, BigSofa, Esstisch für 4 Personen, Telefon.

Loggia-Terrasse: Balkontisch für 4 Personen.

Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden.

Weitere Ausstattung: Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett, Filme und Bücher



Unser Appartement ist nicht geeignet für kleine Kinder. Alle Kinder ab 16 Jahren sind willkommen.
