Eigene Poolterasse mit Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirme. Swimmingpool 55 qm (5,2m x 10,6m x 1,4m. Wasserhöhe 1,2m).Internetzugang, Spielplatz, Trampolin, Tischtennisplatte.

PKW Parkplätze innerhalb des Grundstücks vorhanden. Weitere Parkplätze vor dem Haus.

2 x Doppellbettzimmer, eine davon mit LED TV und Terrassen Zugang. 1 x kleine Zimmer mit Doppelausziehcouch 160cm x 200cm in Komforthöhe, ca 45 cm für 2 Kinder empfohlen.

Dusche, WC separat mit Handwaschbecken.

Jalousien und Fliegengittern an allen Fenstern. Die Wohnung bleibt angenehm kühl auch bei Außentemperaturen über 30 Grad.

Unser Ferienhaus verfügt über 4 gemütlich und komfortabel ausgestattete Ferienwohnungen. Alle Wohnungen haben einen separaten Hauseingang. Sat-TV mit alle Deutschen TV Sender.

Das ganze Haus ist mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Separater Waschraum. Wäscheservice.

100% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
