This apartment is located in Santa Cruz and it is subject to the tourist tax (eco taxa).

The brand new Apartment Nata is located in Caniço, in a private condominium called Paradisus Residence.

It has a lovely relaxed and comfortable décor. Two of the bedrooms are queen size beds and one has two single beds. It includes mattresses, bed linen, blankets, pillows and towels. It has two bathrooms, one full and one with a shower, both have a bidet. All bedrooms share a large terrace balcony and while the living room has it´s own separate balcony. The kitchen is well equipped and modern with all necessary kitchenware: fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, juicer. In the laundry room it has a washing machine, wall-mounted clothes dryers and portable dryer, iron, ironing board and a hair dryer. On the terrace there are two loungers, a comfortable rocking chair, a small coffee table with two chairs.

It has a beautiful garden, an outdoor swimming pool that is open all seasons and a direct access into the garage on the ground floor.

The apartment entrance has two glass elevators that when using them you can enjoy the amazing view of the ocean and mountains.

The apartment is surrounded, within walking distance, by the Galo Resort, various hotels, restaurants, pizzaria La Carbonara, Reis Magos Beach, beautiful ocean promenade, Hotel Riu, all within 1 km distance. It is located next to a bus stop for a trip to Funchal, Airport Shuttle service, tourist service. Only 5 minutes drive by car to Miradouro do Cristo Rei, Garajau Cable car, Garajau Beach and Mero Diving center.
