This beautiful and modern 3 bedroom bungalow is situated in the Cape Greco area of Protaras, just a short drive to all the beaches and amenities that Protaras has to offer.

Furnished and decorated to a high standard, and with a large, private garden and pool, this villa is ideal for those looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday



As you enter the villa, you will find the modern and spacious open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area surrounded by large patio doors leading to the pool and garden. The living room features comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, the dining area has a table and chairs to seat 6 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with all modern-day appliances needed for your self-catering stay, and includes a breakfast bar with extra seating. Leading off from the kitchen area, you will find Bedroom 1 with an en suite bathroom with shower and WC, double bed and patio doors leading to the garden and pool.
