Beautiful 4 Bedroom Villa with Spectacular Views in a Quiet Residential Area

Villa San Andres is a large, beautiful villa with spectacular views and ideal for those that want the space to spread out and relax. Situated on the slopes of the ‘Montgo Mountain the house is set in the ‘Montgo National Park’ and offers something for everyone and is ideal for large families. The villa is situated in an exclusive area of Javea in a quiet residential street, perfect for those that want a relaxing, stress-free holiday.Whether it´s the peace and tranquility that this villa offers or the hustle and bustle that places like Benidorm (40km), Calpe (10km), Alicante (90km) or Valencia(90km) enjoy; we think that Casa Andromeda can offer it all..Voted the 8th healthiest place in the world to live, Jávea (Xábia) is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Situated in a quiet up-market residential area of Jávea and benefiting from the protection of it´s mountain ensures that we have our own micro-climate and fantastic year round temperatures. We are only 5 minutes drive to the quaint 'Old Town' of Jávea or 10 minutes to the beautiful 'Port' where fishing is still a way of life or the 'Arenal' which is famous for it´s 'Blue Flag Beaches'Villa San Andres is perfectly placed to offer something that is just that little bit special.

Entrance

The villa has sufficient parking for up to 5 hire cars and accessed through electric gates. There is a short walk to the covered entrance. For those with limited mobility the downstairs area can be accessed directly from a rear entrance from a car.


Living, Kitchen & Dining Spaces

The large open plan lounge with separate indoor dining area has seating for all your guests.The area is cool and inviting and perfect to get out of the afternoon sun. The fully fitted equipped kitchen offers everything you could need. The kitchen door leads out onto the outdoor covered terrace with seating for all your group and large dining table and looks out over the pool. The perfect place to chill out with a good book or enjoy an alfresco lunch with your family and friends.


Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 – A super king bedroom with fitted wardrobes, ensuite and opens out onto the outdoor pool terrace. This can also be made into a twin room if required.

Bedroom 2 – A twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an ensuite with bath and shower.

Bedroom 3 – A double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an ensuite with corner bath and shower. This bedroom has access to its own terrace.

Bedroom 4 – A super king bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an ensuite with shower. This bedroom has access to its own terrace.


All Bedrooms come with fresh linen as well as Hand and Bath Towels. Guests receive a 'Linen Change' every 7 days, on a Saturday,  with a light 'Bathroom Clean'



Villa San Andres has a large tiled sun-drenched pool area that enjoys peace, tranquillity and privacy. With an 9m x 4m pool it is the perfect place to sit around with a good book, listen to music or do whatever takes your fancy whilst soaking up the Spanish sun.The pool area boasts sunbeds and parasols for your group and is the perfect place to spend time with your family. At night the pool area enjoys pool lighting and is only a step away from the covered terrace, BBQ and outdoor dining area so you can enjoy that alfresco living without moving far from the comfort of your sunbed.

At lunch you do not have to move far from that sunbed. There is a large poolside terrace with charcoal BBQ or the fully fitted kitchen directly off the terrace, perfect for poolside alfresco dining and spending quality time with family and friends.The house boasts 3 double rooms and 1 twin room, all en-suite (two of the bedrooms can be changed into additional ‘Single Beds’) and fitted to a high standard.Guests will want for nothing in this beautiful fully equipped villa. It really has something for everyone. It offers peace, tranquillity and space for large families and groups and is only 10 minutes away from Javea with its ´Blue Flag Beaches´, bars and restaurants.All our guests receive a ´Complimentary Welcome Pack´ to give you the basics on your first day, ´Beach Towels´ to use whilst you're with us, allowing you more space in your suitcase for those extra clothes & ´Complimentary High Speed Internet WiFi´ so that you´re always connected. We want to make sure that you keep coming back year after year.

As Villa San Andres sits in the national park it is perfect for those that want to go out and explore. If walking is your thing then the national park offers a number of walks and trails that you and your group can enjoy. For the adventurous among you why not climb the Montgo mountain at 740m? The views really are breathtaking.
