    “Ottima collocazione dell'immobile; abitazione dotata di ogni comodità con arredamenti attenti al particolare e molto piacevoli, esattamente come da foto. Il fatto di essere al piano terreno fornisce all'appartamento una climatizzazione naturale (in due settimane acceso una sola volta il condizionatore) e facilita notevolmente le operazioni di carico - scarico autovettura che può essere svolta direttamente dal giardinetto. Unico appunto da muovere riguarda i servizi igienici: la finestra è molto piccola e alimenta l'umidità già naturalmente presente nel vano. Secondo noi l'appartamento è costruito per rendere confortevole il soggiorno di due persone.”

    “Sehr schöne Wohnung und auch sauber. Der in der Beschreibung aufgeführte Toaster fehlte leider.

    Ich war sehr zufrieden. Freundliches Auftreten der Vermittlung "atraveo", die bis 21:00 Uhr auch tel. sehr gut erreichbar ist und auch die Eigentümer sind freundliche Leute.

    Die Zimmer sind praktisch eingerichtet und es war ausreichend Stauraum für Kleidung vorhanden.

    Die vor Ort vorgefundene Ausstattung entsprach der im Internet veröffentlichten.

    Inzwischen ist im Außenbereich auch eine Markise angebracht, was auf den eingestellten Bildern noch nicht der Fall war. Das war bei Temperaturen um 30 C im Schatten sehr angenehm.

    Trotz der angrenzenden Ferienwohnungen ist es eine sehr ruhige Gegend, da ca. 500 m vom Zentrum entfernt.”
