Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). 1 children's room with 2 pull-out beds (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Expressi (Aldi D)) extra) with dining table. Bathroom, sep. WC. Heating.     “Modern eingerichtete große Wohnung mit Spül-, Waschmaschine, Trockner, separatem WC und großem Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Es ist genügend Geschirr vorhanden und ein großer Kühlschrank. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber.
    Die Hausmeisterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
    Den einzigen Minuspunkt verdient die Tiefgarage. Sie verfügt über genügend große Parkplätze, die man im Prinzip aber nur vorwärts parkend nutzen kann - man muß also rückwärts wieder hinausfahren bzw. ca. 10 Minuten rangieren. Und das Garagentor schließt nach 2 Minuten - es gibt keine Lichtschranke.”

    “Wir waren mit insg. 5 Personen in der Wohnung und es hat uns super gefallen. Der Balkon bietet eine tolle Aussicht, die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet (Küche mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner) und modern eingerichtet.”

    “Schöne, modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit sehr guter Küchenausstattung. Wohnung ist sauber, nur der Dampfabzug könnte eine Reinigung gebrauchen. Ruhig und dennoch recht zentral gelegen, sehr viele Schränke und bequeme Betten. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis super. Wenn wir ins Tessin fahren, ist die Wohnung wieder unsere 1. Wahl.”
