Beautiful, rustic cottage "Carpanel", from the 19th century, surrounded by trees and fields. 2.1 km from the centre of Flassans-sur-Issole, 16 km from the centre of Brignoles, 52 km from the centre of Saint Tropez, in a secluded, elevated position on top of a hill, 50 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 13'000 m2 with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool round (9 m diameter, depth 150 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace. Motor access (300 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2.1 km, bakery 2.1 km. Golf course 14 km.     “Leider kann ich mich den Ausführungen in der ersten Bewertung anschließen. Das Grundstück ist sehr verwahrlost. Beim Eintreffen fanden wir ein sehr schmutziges Haus (Toiletten und Duschen), kaputte Sonnenschirme, Liegen und Stühle vor.
    Die Matratzen waren teilweise voll mit toten Insekten und Staub.
    Auch der Gestank von der Kläranlage sowie ein unsauberer Pool haben nicht zu einem erholsamen Urlaub beigetragen.
    Die Fotos sind hier sehr gut in Szene gesetzt. Der Wochenpreis mit 1290 Euro damit völlig überteuert. Auch die Nebenabrechnung mit 125 Euro ist unglaublich hoch.
