    “Diese Ferienwohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend, wie meistens schadet es nicht, ein paar Messer mitzunehmen, die gut schneiden. Für maximal drei - nicht wie in der Beschreibung angegebene fünf - Personen könnte diese Wohnung zum Übernachten genutzt werden - das ausklappbare Sofa eignet sich nur bedingt zum Übernachten. Sehr schöner und großer Balkon mit Grillmöglichkeit
    Wir waren im September dort, dadurch war es sehr ruhig. Benachbarte Wohnungen wurden nur am Wochenende von den italienischen Eigentümern bewohnt. Wir würden diese Wohnung weiterempfehlen für jüngere Paare mit max. 1-2 Kindern. Nicht für gehbehinderte Menschen, da viele Treppen.”

    “Die Lage zum Strand ist komfortabel (etwa 200m zu Fuß). Privatstraße, nur mit Zugangsschlüssel durch Schranke an- und abfahrbar ( ). i.w. ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist einfach gehalten, kein TV(!). Elektrogeräte funktionsfähig. Unterschiedliche Steckdosentypen innerhalb der Wohnung (?).
    Sanitäranlagen nicht nach meinem Geschmack aber für Italien noch ok.
    Balkon/Terrasse ist top! mit großem Ampelschirm.
    Wer tagsüber viel Zeit am Strand verbringen möchte und Abends gerne
    ein Buch liest, würfelt oder Karten spielt, der kann hier klarkommen.
    Weniger gut: Das Partnerbüro in Mazzanta konnte weder Deutsch noch Englisch.
