Enjoy a real holiday again. The apartment is on the outskirts of Kühbach within a village community. A very well-equipped, barrier-free, three-star apartment awaits you. There is not only plenty of space for families with children, we also welcome the elderly or disabled persons.
The apartment measures around 72m² and is suitable for 2-4 people + 1 child. It consists of a living room-kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and WC. Central heating, satellite TV, a DVD player and radio, a microwave are provided.
There is a terrace. A parking space is available right by the house. There is a large garden with a giant trampoline, table tennis and a grill.
Kühbach lies at around 412 metres above sea level in the midst of the ‘Schmalzdobl’, which is often called the ‘Meran of the Bavarian Forest’ owing to its mild climate. Waymarked walking or cycling paths take you through the pristine nature. The themed path “Buchbergerleite”, along the most beautiful wild stream ravine in the Bavarian Forest, invites you to go on an interesting tour. Afterwards you can refresh yourself at the nearby heated outdoor pool and enjoy the sunshine. How about a horse-drawn cart ride or a round of fishing at the Ilz or Ohe? You can benefit from the central location of our house as a starting point for other activities. Our trip recommendations for you: Gabreta Celtic village, Bavarian Forest National Park, treetrop trail near Neuschönau, museum villages Tittling and Finsterau, western town Pullman-City, Cesky Krumlov in the Czech Republic. In the neighbouring locality Ringelai (ca. 2km) you can find a doctor, dentist, banks, ATMs, supermarket, butcher, baker and cosy restaurants where you can dine well.
