Only 3 minutes walk from the beautiful beaches of Port-la-Nouvelle, the gîte Les Mouettes is an ideal place to spend your vacations by the sea. Everything is in the immediate vicinity without taking the car: grocery stores, restaurants, bakery, nautical activities. The house is located in a quiet residential area, the gite reconciles sea, activities and rest! Port-la-Nouvelle is a seaside resort well located to discover all the treasures of the region at less than 30 minutes: the island of Sainte-Lucie, the pond of Bages, the Cliffs of Leucate, the African reserve of Sigean or Narbonne and its ancient heritage. Lovers of hiking or biking will be served! Many places for fishing are located in the resort. On the spot, the lodging has an outside space in front of the lodging where you will be able to park your car (according to the size if not you will also find places in the street). At the back of the gite, in a very private area, a private terrace with barbecue and garden furniture will allow you to relax and enjoy outdoor meals during the nice season.

On the first floor there is a laundry room/garage with a washing machine and space for bicycles. An independent shower room with shower, toilet and sink. A living room with an open kitchen and a dining table with a sitting area with a sofa, a TV and a fireplace with wood provided. The living room opens directly onto the outside terrace. On the first floor, a first bedroom with a bed 140 and a second bedroom with two beds 90. Sheets are optional. The end of stay cleaning is to be done by the tenants.
