For your summer vacation you will find hiking trails, mountain- and e-bike routes right in front of the house.  

In Winter, access to the ski area Filzmoos-Neuberg is only 1,5 km away, as well as the cross-country tracks. You can start your winter hikes and snowshoe tours right from your apartement.
